Avocado Egg Breakfast Scramble

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 rice cakes
  • 2 eggs
  1. Smash ¼ avocado on each rice cake.
  2. Scramble 2 eggs.
  3. Divide eggs onto each rice cake.
  4. Can top with tomatoes.
  5. Enjoy!
