These are my go to breakfasts. I love them! They are a quick filling breakfast. Gluten free and high in protein and healthy fats!
Avocado Egg Breakfast Scramble
- ½ avocado
- 2 rice cakes
- 2 eggs
- Smash ¼ avocado on each rice cake.
- Scramble 2 eggs.
- Divide eggs onto each rice cake.
- Can top with tomatoes.
