I love these sandwiches. They make a great snack for adults or kids. I also like to freeze them (individually on a plate first, and then all together in a bag) for a cold treat in the summer.

Serves: 1 serving
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter or favorite nut butter
- Peel and cut banana.
- Spread nut butter on one slice and top with another banana slice.
- Eat immediately or store in freezer.
These can also be dipped in chocolate and frozen for a treat.
