Peanut butter rice cakes can be eaten as a snack, for breakfast or lunch, or as a post workout boost. They are yummy and kid friendly.

My son has a soy allergy so I make sure our peanut butter is all natural and only contains peanuts and salt. This is just one brand that I like.



Peanut Butter Rice Cake

  • 2 rice cakes
  • peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 banana
  • honey (optional)
  1. Spread nut butter over two rice cakes
  2. Top with banana slices
  3. Drizzle with honey (optional) and enjoy!
