03 Jul Peanut Butter Rice Cake
Peanut butter rice cakes can be eaten as a snack, for breakfast or lunch, or as a post workout boost. They are yummy and kid friendly.
My son has a soy allergy so I make sure our peanut butter is all natural and only contains peanuts and salt. This is just one brand that I like.
- 2 rice cakes
- peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 banana
- honey (optional)
- Spread nut butter over two rice cakes
- Top with banana slices
- Drizzle with honey (optional) and enjoy!
