20 Jul Vegan Chocolate Mousse

For those chocolate lovers, this recipe is DIVINE! Being dairy free, I don’t usually get to enjoy chocolate, but this mousse hits the spot and satisfies that “I need something sweet” craving. The best thing about it is you don’t have to sacrifice a a mountain of unhealthy calories or processed sugars. AND it is packed with healthy fats. Win, win! It seriously is so yummy. Even people who can tolerate dairy will be surprised with this healthy recipe. I made this for dessert tonight and my husband (a true chocolate and anything sweet lover) gobbled it right up. Both of my little boys enjoyed it as well. It is kid friendly and a dessert you can serve without feeling guilty. It takes only minutes to cook and requires absolutely no baking! It has been so hot this summer and I enjoy a nice cool treat that won’t heat up my house. I’m thinking next time I make this I may try adding bananas for sweeteners and reducing honey/agave amount. If you try that out, let me know! Enjoy!
