  • 1 c. almond milk
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (can also use cinnamon)
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½-1 scoop chocolate or vanilla flavored protein powder(optional)
  • ice as needed
