I created a variety of meal plans to fit each individual and dietary need. Many people complain eating healthy takes too much time, or costs a fortune. I get it. I am a mom of three children and I understand life gets crazy. I also understand the need to eat on a budget. Even with mine and my sons’s allergies, my families food bill is between $200-$250 a month. It is doable. It does take a little planning, but luckily I’ve done the work for you. Each of my meal plans include a weekly shopping list, weekly planner, and recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner for an entire week. Each recipe is easy to navigate and labeled for specific dietary needs. For those with a hectic schedule, try my 30 minute meal plan. Every meal and snack takes less than 30 minutes.

 

I also created a strictly vegan meal plan. This is not just for vegetarians/vegans. I get asked all the time for meatless meals. The vegan meal plan provides different meal ideas for families wanting to reduce meat intake, eat more plant based meals, or for those wanting exposure to a variety of foods.

 

To help families stay on a budget and eat a variety of foods, I also created a meal plan for each season. When I am grocery shopping,  I only buy produce that is in season and on sale. This helps my family eat well balanced meals and save money. I love to garden and am blessed with a huge garden area and a small orchard. Growing our own food also helps my family eat healthy and keeps the food bill down. Our garden exposes my kids to all sorts of vegetables. They help me plant, water, weed, and harvest. It has been a wonderful learning opportunity and a great way to spend time as a family.
